Officiant Fee Schedule and Options
Officiant Fees include the following:
$175 includes customization of vows to your choosing, up to a 30 minute ceremony, and 30 minutes of photography following the ceremony (upon request).
For wedding that include a rehearsal, total costs are $200 but are flexible. Contact Melissa for more information.
English to Spanish translation is available upon request for an additional $30 fee (unless script is supplied).
Fee Schedule (for standard costs):
50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking (cash, check or friends/family paypal) to secure your date.
Balance is due after the marriage certificate is signed (cash, check or friends/family paypal).
Service member appreciation
Active duty military or dependents will receive a 40% deduction on all deposits and services. If both spouses are military, contact Melissa for further deductions.
Out of town weddings
Out of town (>45 miles from Las Vegas) weddings will have extra fees applied. This would include time for travel ($40/hour) plus cost of overnight hotel stay if required for travel >3 hours. If you are considering a destination wedding outside of NV, contact Melissa for more information.
Cancellations
Initial deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However if payment has been made in full, and notice of cancellation has been given within 2 weeks of the date, the remainder of the payment minus the non-refundable deposit will be sent via check.
